Description:
Construct a replacement 40-bed long-term care facility for the Providence Wesley Care Center. The replacement facility will consist of four residences with 10 beds, and a commons building. The long-term care facility will be co-located with the Providence - Seward Medical Center. As part of the project, the physical therapy department will be relocated to the Providence Wesley Care Center. The project cost is $28,100,000.
