NSBH proposes to:
• Relocate the Summit Program (RPTC beds) - 30 licensed RPTC beds will be relocated from 3647 N Clark Wolverine Rd, Palmer, AK 99645 to 1500 De Barr Cir, Anchorage, AK 99508
• Relocate Arctic Recovery (1115 Waiver Adult SUD services) - 30 licensed Acute Care beds will be relocated from 1500 DeBarr Cir, Anchorage AK 99508 to1650 Bragaw St, Anchorage, AK 99508
• Close the Chris Kyle Adult Inpatient Patriot Support Program
• Close the Palmer facility
