Establish an independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF), of approximately 3,085 leased square feet and a purchase of a Toshiba 1.5 Titan wide bore MRI and a Toshiba 16 slice Aquillon CT system in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Dr. Jeffrey Zuckerman, M.D., Radiology Interpretations Services, Inc. proposes to establish an independent diagnostic testing facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. The facility is estimated to be approximately 3,085 square feet and equipped with a Toshiba 1.5 Titan wide bore MRI and a Toshiba 16 slice Aquillon CT system. The certified cost estimates that are considered expenditures for the purposes of the CON statutory threshold, under AS 18.07.031., do not exceed $1.45 million.
