Alaska Digestive Center, LLC (ADC) proposes to relocate its existing health care facility, currently located at 4048 Laurel Street, Anchorage, Alaska, to 2250 E 42nd Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. In addition to ADC’s proposed relocation, it also proposes to add one (1) additional procedure room, to its existing complement of two (2) for a total of three (3) procedure rooms.
