Notes:
On January 23, 2007 the Commissioner determinated that a CON is not required for this project insofar as Bone and Joint Center, LLC remains a physicians' office for the purposes of the CON program and therefore in accordance with AS 18.07.111(8) (B) is exempt from the CON requirements.
