Aspen Creek Management, LLC is proposing to construct a skilled nursing facility at 5915 Petersburg Street, Anchorage, Alaska. The proposed skilled nursing facility will consist of 150 skilled nursing units and the estimated cost of the project is $48,130,508. Construction is expected to begin on or about April 1, 2023 and be complete by June 1, 2025.
