On August 19, 2008 the Commissioner's office received an electronic letter from Fairbanks Memorial Hospital-Denali Center requesting a CON determination on relocating and expanding their existing cardiology physician offices from off-site to the hospital campus. The cost of the renovation is $2.1 million and is estimated to be completed by April 2009.
