Description:
Kenai Peninsula Imaging Center seeks to open an independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF) in Kenai. The project will result in an IDTF and plans to provide computed tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), digital X-ray and ultrasound services. The project includes purchase of a MRI and a CT machine as well as lease for purchase agreement for the X-ray and ultrasound. The project includes a lease and renovation of approximately 2,414 SF. Estimated cost is $1,152,974.27
Notes:
In accordance with A.S. 18.07.031-111 and 7 AAC 07.001-900, and after review of the information submitted with the request for determination, it has been determined that a CON is not required for the proposed project because the expenditures at issue do not exceed the $1.5 million statutory threshold under AS 18.07.031.
