Description:
The proposed project establishes new physician offices providing imaging services in 2 locations: 2000 Abbott Road in Anchorage and 2280 South Woodworth Loop in Palmer. These facilities are owned by Providence Alaska Medical Center and leased to Imaging Associates of Providence, LLC. Total cost is $12,753,154. On July 22, 2008 the Commissioner approved a Certificate of Need for the Abbott Road facility in Anchorage. A Certificate of Need was not approved for the Mat-Su facility
Notes:
On January 30, 2008 the Department received a CON application for Imaging Services in Anchorage and Palmer. On July 22, 2008 the Commissioner approved a Certificate of Need for the Abbott Road facility in Anchorage. A Certificate of Need was not approved for the Mat-Su facility. On August 19, 2008 requests for appeal hearings were received by the Commissioner from Imaging Associates of Providence and Diagnostic Health Anchorage.
