Fairbanks Medical Imaging, LLC, d/b/a North Star Radiology built/renovated a 4,800 square foot space. The project added a Computed Tomography unit, expanded Fluoroscopy (X-ray) services, and replaced a Magnetic Resonance Imaging machine. The estimated project cost was $2,153,392.

Application declared complete 11-25-2013. Public comments must be received no later than 4:30PM, December 26, 2013. Written comments received are public records and are subject to public inspection. Oral or written comments may also be submitted at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in the Meeting Room of the Fairbanks Princess Hotel in Fairbanks, AK. The meeting will be from 4:30PM to 6:00PM.
