On February 15, 2008 the application was determined to be complete. On April 15, 2008 the Commissioner approved the Certificate of Need for Southcentral Foundation's to build a 12-bed secure residential psychiatric treatment facility in Eklutna Alaska. The completion date is December 31, 2010. On August 12, 2008 Southcentral Foundation notified CON staff of their intent to modify the location, number of Level 5 beds, and facility costs. The project was never completed prior to the expiration
